About our school

Colyton High School is a 7-12 comprehensive high school providing students with innovative and engaging curriculum in a highly supportive environment. In Year 11 and 12 students are offered a full range of academic courses of study, as well as school-delivered VET and TAFE-delivered VET courses incorporating apprenticeships and traineeships along with outstanding Trade School facilities.The school offers gifted and talented, sporting, creative and performing arts programs, with success in competitions and students selected to participate in the School’s Spectacular as well as many local showcases. The school embraces technology at all levels, and students have outstanding and equitable access to technology in a ‘Bring Your Own Device’ environment. There is a strong emphasis on student leadership programs and effective student representation with Junior and Senior School Captains.

Colyton High School is part of the Colyton Learning Community, producing successful middle school programs with partner primary schools.

Parents are encouraged to regularly check the Busways website at www.busways.com.au for updates and announcements regarding bus services for our school in case changes happen unexpectedly outside of school hours.
